The Ancestra Fund was conceived by GSS, and the company's Program Implementation teams are responsible for curating, monitoring, leading the implementation, and evaluating the impact of the fund's projects.

With over 300 corporate clients in 17 countries, GSS is an Impact Development Company that empowers organizations and communities by delivering transformative climate change and biodiversity solutions through advisory, innovation, sustainable assets and strategic program implementation.

GSS created the VBIO.eco platform to manage its network of more than 1,200 social organizations and curate more than 100 million in sociobiodiversity projects — a key solution for the impact of the Ancestra Fund.

At Fundo Ancestra, GEN was chosen as the social organization that incubates and manages the fund – in addition to contributing its expertise in promoting diversity and education.

The Instituto Social Espaço Negro (GEN) is a private social interest organization founded in São Paulo in the late 1980s with the purpose of contributing to the construction of identity, valorization, and emancipation of the black population. Its main areas of activity include specialized consultancy in education and development, with a focus on combating structural racism in Brazilian society.

At Fundo Ancestra, Action manages and reports on the transactional routines of the fund's resources.

Throughout its history, Action has transformed companies through financial and strategic solutions. Using its corporate finance expertise, Action manages resources from national and international donors who expect reliable reporting on the use of their resources.

Action has its own BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), Front BPO, which is responsible for managing transactional routines and processes, ensuring that resources are used in line with project budgets and accounting and tax regulations.
